Devilishly Decadent Dip

Can you tell me one thing about dipped fruit that doesn’t scream decadence? This is a dip that seems to have made its rounds, but when I feel like I need a little spoiling, I will whip up a batch of this yummy sweetness. Having been introduced to this at a pot luck, the addiction took hold and I’ve never looked back. Did I mention it pairs well with pound cake as well and is so simple to whip up (which is a level of decadence as well). Need a serving idea? Fruit kabobs and a margarita or martini glass. Want a little extra decadence? take a wedge of lime, rub the edge of the glass and rim it with colored sugar – need I say more?

Basic Ingredients:

1 (8 ounce) package strawberry cream cheese, softened
2 (7 ounce) jars marshmallow creme
2 Tbsp orange juice

Directions

Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add marshmallow creme and the orange juice. Blend the mixture until smooth. Enjoy!

Simple and decadent right? Now pop on over and see what friends are whipping up for their Tasty Tuesday blog editions:

  1. This sounds delicious. I love the combination of marshmallows and fruit. You can’t go wrong with dip for fruit, and after all, the Nutritional Food Guidelines to get at least 5 servings of fruit a day. This is a fun way to ensure we get that and more.

    Thanks
